Gev

Gev is home to the largest mining camp and company. The mountains on the southern edge of Juan’kij contain some of the worlds richest sources of metals including silver, iron, and gold. A complex mining system works its way down and into the earth where the resources and brought to the surface, and processed into ingots where they are then shipped all over the world for use. The down is dirty and smells of fire and ash. The miners have even delved so far as to break into the Fire Isle’s on the other side of the Maelstrom Sea, thousands of miles away.   The buildings are mostly stone, with a few wooden homes sitting on the edge of town. Dwarven miners work alongside humans, who wish to find the next big vein of precious metals they can claim.
